Tugas MATMIN : COVID-19

PEMETAAN COVID – 19 DI BANDUNG 
(JAWA BARAT)

Pada tanggal 16 Maret 2020, terdapat 10 pasien yang dinyatakan positif terkena COVID – 19 di Jawa Barat. Selain itu, jumlah ODP mencapai 785 dengan jumlah ODP yang selesai pemantaua mencapai 291 dan yang masih dalam pemantauan sebanyak 494. Ada juga data pasien PDP atau Pasien Dalam Pengawasan yang juga di ambil dari kabupaten atau kota yang terdapat PDP. Total pasien dengan status PDP mencapai 83 orang.

MAKANAN YANG BISA MENINGKATKAN IMUNITAS TUBUH UNTUK MENCEGAH COVID -19

Untuk mencegah virus COVID-19, kita harus menjaga kekebalan tubuh . Maka kita harus memakan makanan yang mengandung banyak nutrisi seperti antioksidan, vitamin A, C, E, dan masih banyak lagi. Makanan yang kaya akan nutrisi harus diikuti dengan pola makan yang teratur.
Berikut bahan makanan yang dapat meningkatkan antibody sehingga terhindar dari virus COVID-19 :
1.     Bawang putih: mengandung fitokimia allicin
2.     Buah-buahan: mengandung banyak vitamin, khususnya vitamin C
3.     Seafood          : mengandung berbagai nutrisi penting, seperti protein, omega-3, asam lemak, serta vitamin dan mineral.
4.     Brokoli           : mengandung vitamin A, C, dan E.
5.     Bayam            : mengandung antioksidan, beta karoten, vitamin C, dan vitamin A.
6.     Kunyit            : mengandung kurkumin.
7.     Kacang almond: mengandung protein, vitamin E, dan juga kaya akan vitamin B2 dan fosfor.
8.     Madu              : mengandung antioksidan.
9.     Yogurth          : tinggi probiotik, bakteri baik yang membantu melanjarkan pencernaan.

10.  Jahe               : mengandung antioksidan, vitamin C, dan magnesium.
