Charity Art Exhibition is an event that contains a variety of arts, started from paintings, handicrafts, sculptures, and many more. This event held on October 12, 2019. Funds from this event will be donated to the orphanage committee. This event is open for public, so everyone can come to Charity Art Exhibition. The reason I organized this event was because I wanted to provide a forum for artist to showcase their work. I took the charity as tje theme of this event is because I wanted to give help to the orphanage foundations in Indonesia.

For artist who will display their work, a Technical Meeting will be held on:

Day : Friday
Date: 4th October 2019
Time: 12.00 PM - End
Place: Aryaduta Hotel Jakarta

The official event will be held on:

Day: Saturday
Date: 12th October 2019
Time: 08.00 AM - 09.00 PM
Place: Balai Kartini Jakarta

Run Down:
1. Open gate at 08.00 AM
2. Opening held by Mr. Joko Widodo, President of Indonesia
3. Workshop by Naufal Abshar and Sinta Tantra
4. The artists have started exhibiting their works
5. The exhibition runs from 11 AM until 5 PM
6. Close gate at 05.30 PM
7. Performance by TULUS at 07.00 PM
8. Closing at 09.00 PM

The tickets price to enter the Charity Art Exhibition is only 30,000 Rupiah.

Budget for:
1. Rent Balai Kartini Jakarta : 152 million rupiah
2. Guest star (tulus)               : 100 million rupiah
3. Stand                                 :  60 million rupiah
4. Stage                                 : 70 million rupiah
5. Sound system                    : 45 million rupiah
6. Decoration                         : 50 million rupiah
7. etc                                      : 70 mllion rupiah
Total Budget                         : 547 million rupiah

There will be many food stands, so the visitors won’t get hungry.
