Charity Art Exhibition is an event that contains a variety of arts, started from paintings, handicrafts, sculptures, and many more. This event held on October 12, 2019. Funds from this event will be donated to the orphanage committee. This event is open for public, so everyone can come to Charity Art Exhibition. The reason I organized this event was because I wanted to provide a forum for artist to showcase their work. I took the charity as tje theme of this event is because I wanted to give help to the orphanage foundations in Indonesia.

For artist who will display their work, a Technical Meeting will be held on:

5. The exhibition runs from 11 AM until 5 PM
6. Close gate at 05.30 PM
7. Performance by TULUS at 07.00 PM
8. Closing at 09.00 PM

The tickets price to enter the Charity Art Exhibition is only 30,000 Rupiah.

3. Stand                                 :  60 million rupiah
4. Stage                                 : 70 million rupiah
5. Sound system                    : 45 million rupiah

Total Budget                         : 547 million rupiah

There will be many food stands, so the visitors won’t get hungry.
